Long Lake Lower Level Remodel

For this lower level renovation, we took this large space down to the studs to completely refresh and modernize. Removal of a wall, incorporating a new structural beam, and opening up the space was top priority for the clients. Previously two separate spaces, the kitchen and game room became one large area perfect for entertaining. We installed a bi-folding exterior patio door from the kitchen to the pool creating a seamless transition to the outdoor space.

Our clients were able to enjoy the upgraded kitchen with great amenities, including full panel front fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave drawers, keg fridge with countertop mounted tap, and custom floating glass shelving to fill with their unique bourbon collection. The rift sawn white oak cabinets with custom 3 phase finish are an incredible addition paired with the painted bronze island and bar-side glass uppers. To tie it all together, we installed new matching white oak cabinets in the family room and refinished the existing in the office to completely refresh each of the spaces.
